Philosophy

Art Atlas has been built on the philosophy of environmental sustainability and fair trade business model. Our garments are made from 100% natural fibres, and produced in an environmentally efficient manufacturing facility.

Secondly, Art Atlas is dedicated to fostering development within our region and we strongly believe that our equitable business terms and fair trade practises on all levels of business have been the reason for our continued growth and development.

Because of our growth, we now support over 700 families. This allows for the artisans to showcase their talent, the preservation of ancient weaving and spinning traditions and most importantly, sustainable economic growth in our local communities.

The strong effort put forth by our organization, including the participation of artisan cooperatives and microenterprises has united us all in our goal of exporting high quality apparel. Art Atlas is a diverse community working together and supporting each other’s development as a whole.
